Almere, the Netherlands – April 20, 2020 – Levitech announces the shipment of the latest Levitor system as part of a purchase order for a total of three systems. The Chinese foundry customer received the other two systems over the last 6 months. The Levitor systems will be used in Rapid Thermal Processing (RTP) of opto-electronic applications in high volume manufacturing.
